Welcome to the Riley Lab, a member of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. We are located on the fifth floor of the College of Pharmacy Building in the heart of the Illinois Medical District and quick trip from The Loop in downtown Chicago. Our team is comprised of passionate synthetic, medicinal, and biological chemists investigating natural products to understand and treat diseases related to pain, substance abuse, and other CNS disorders.
